Preheat oven to 425°F

Wash asparagus and dry evenly

Place asparagus into a mixing bowl, drizzle them with olive oil, and toss

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese (save a little for the end), garlic, salt, pepper and toss

Arrange the asparagus onto a baking sheet in a single layer

Cook for 12 to 15 minutes depending on thickness in the preheated oven until tender

Sprinkle with some lemon juice and toss again
- 8
Sprinkle with more grated Parmesan cheese to serve
