heat oil in fryer to 350°F

cut chicken breasts into strips and pat dry with paper towel.

put all-purpose flour into a bowl and set aside

combine milk, egg, chicken broth and salt & pepper in medium bowl.

Add self-rising flour and corn starch to liquid mixture.

Place strips in flour and then dredge into batter, shake off any excess.

Add chicken to hot oil , 3 pieces at a time and cook for 6-8 mins. or until golden brown. Drain on paper towel lined plate. Repeat for rest of strips.
