Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupSweetened flaked coconut
  2. 1/3 cupAll purpose flour
  3. 1/4 tspSalt
  4. 1 cupSweetened condensed milk
  5. 1 tspVanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 325°F

  2. 2

    Mix together flour, salt, and coconut.

  3. 3

    Mix together the vanilla and sweetened condensed milk.

  4. 4

    Fold together the dry and wet ingredients.

  5. 5

    Use small cookie scoop. Bake for 10 mins(ish). Until crispy and golden brown on outside but soft in center.
