Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar
- 2
Mix coconut/almond milk with melted butter/coconut oil and beat well
- 3
Pour the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk to get a smooth batter
- 4
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat. Pour 2 tablespoons batter into the pan, tilt until batter spreads thinly. Cook until top bubbles form, flip and cook second side till golden brown
- 5
Once done with pancakes, melt sugar with butter/coconut oil
- 6
Cook the mixture until sugar starts to dissolve
- 7
Add bananas into the sugar mixture
- 8
Cook until the bananas start to caramelize in the sugar. Dont cook for too long, the bananas will be too soggy to stuff in the crepes
