  • 1 cupmilk
  • 2 tablespoonghee
  • 5-6 tablespoonsugar
  • 7-8 pieceskaju and kishmish
  • 1 pinchsalt

    Dry roast the sooji and add ghee

    Saute well till the sooji absorbs the ghee

    Now add milk and sugar and mix well

    Finally add the kaju and kishmish,mix well

    The halwa is ready to be served.
