Cut the bottle gourd and pumpkin into thin strips

Heat a pan add oil and fry the vadies and keep aside

Now add oil and tamper the whole red chilli and celery seeds

Add the gourd and pumpkin saute well

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover.

Stir in between till the veggies become soft

Now add the roasted moong daal and cover it

Finally add sugar and mix well

Garnish it with coriander leaves chopped
