At first grate the carrots

Heat a pan and add ghee

Add crushed cardamom and clove to tamper

Now add the grated carrot and saute till the raw smell disappears

Add milk and cover to allow the carrot to become soft

Once the carrot is properly cooked add sugar, cashew nuts and raisins

Finally add the mithai mate and mix properly

Switch off the oven and garnish it with rose petals
