Steps

Heat ghee in a pan. Roast samak rice and cook for a minute.

In other pan take sugar, elaichi powder and kesar add enough water. Boil till sugar dissolves.

Then add samak rice and mix well. Cook till thickens. Keep aside. Let it cool.

Now take round plastic mould and fill sufficient rice and press and gv ball shape.
Make all accordingly. Garnish with nuts of ur choice.
Enjoy during fasts/Vrat.
