Saut? the carrots, red peppers, garlic, and onions in that order till soft. Then add the ground chicken and cook till lightly browned. Pour in the stock and add beans and chipotle peppers. Bring to a simmer and add all your spices. Let simmer for 45 to 55 minutes. Mix the flour with water and add to chili. Juice limes and add also, let simmer for 10 to 20 minutes. Serve, great with sour cream, Chedder cheese, and cilantro as garnish.
