  • 125 gramsplain flour sift
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 225 mlwater warm
  • 1 tspveg oil

    mix all and let it rest for 1 hour

  2. 2

    take off a golf ball size and roll out into a circle

  3. 3

    deep fri at 180 dgr.

  4. 4

    slide into the oil and press down
