Ingredients

15-20minutes
3-4servings
  • 200-250 gmpaneer Cubes
  • 1large Onion chopped
  • 1medium Capsicum chopped
  • 2medium Tomatoes smooth puree
  • 4-5medium garlic chopped
  • 1 inchginger chopped
  • 1-2green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoonajwain
  • 1 teaspoontsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonpav bhaji masala
  • 1/4 teaspoondry mango powder
  • 1/2 teaspooncrushed kasuri methi
  • 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • leavescoriander
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

15-20minutes
  1. 1

    Take a nonstick pan, flame on add ajwain and Roast them for few seconds add onion chopped and saute add ginger garlic paste, add green chilies chopped.

  2. 2

    Add chopped capsicum saute for 5 min. Then add Red chilli powder,Turmeric powder, coriander powder, pav bhaji masala, amchur powder and saute for about a minute.

  3. 3

    Then add tomato puree and salt. If tomato masala looks dry then add 1-2 tsp of water and continue to saute.

  4. 4

    Add the paneer cubes and mix well so that the masala coats the paneer cubes evenly.

  5. 5

    Cook the paneer for 5 min. Then add crushed kasuri methi mix very well and off the flame.

  6. 6

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve paneer masala Takkatak with naan or chapatis.
