Take a nonstick pan, flame on add ajwain and Roast them for few seconds add onion chopped and saute add ginger garlic paste, add green chilies chopped.

Add chopped capsicum saute for 5 min. Then add Red chilli powder,Turmeric powder, coriander powder, pav bhaji masala, amchur powder and saute for about a minute.

Then add tomato puree and salt. If tomato masala looks dry then add 1-2 tsp of water and continue to saute.

Add the paneer cubes and mix well so that the masala coats the paneer cubes evenly.

Cook the paneer for 5 min. Then add crushed kasuri methi mix very well and off the flame.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve paneer masala Takkatak with naan or chapatis.
