  2. 2LG Chopped Mangos [peeled - deseeded]
  3. 2 CupsChopped Strawberries
  4. 1 CupChopped Pineapple
  5. 1/2 CupChopped Nectarines
  6. 2LG Jalapeno Peppers [deseeded]
  7. 2Habenero Peppers [deseeded - or 1 tsp dried]
  8. 1/3 CupFine Chopped Green Onions
  9. 1/3 CupFine Chopped Vidalia Onions
  10. 1/3 CupFine Chopped Red Onions
  11. 1 CupCilantro Leaves [loose packed]
  12. 1/4 CupFine Chopped Celery
  13. 2LG Chopped Avocados [added to salsa only before serving]
  14. 1LG Lime Juiced [deseeded]
  15. 1LG Lemon Juiced [deseeded]
  16. ● For The Seasonings
  17. 1/2 tspFresh Ground Black Pepper
  18. 3 DashesRed Pepper Flakes
  19. 1 tbspHoney [optional]
  20. 1/2 tspSea Salt

  23. Small 6" Flour Tortillas
  24. Toasted Naan Bread
  25. Regular Tortilla Chips
  26. Lime Tortilla Chips
  27. Lemon Wedges

Cooking Instructions

    Fine chop all ingredients.

    Add seasonings and gently mix. Refrigerate.

    Blend salsa if you'd like some additional longevity.

    Or, leave salsa whole but use chilled within the first 2 days.
