  • 1/4 cupbutter
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 2 TablespoonFlour
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper

    Melt butter

    Add flour to butter and mix together to make roux

    Add milk then bring to simmer

  4. 4

    Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted

    Add garlic, salt and, pepper.

    Serve immediately
