Heat a nonstick pan. Add chopped onion and roast for 4-5 min.

Add ginger garlic paste saute add tomatoes add green chilies.

Add garam masala salt and chilli powder, turmeric mix all cook for 2-4 min.

Pour the eggs and scrambled lightly keep cooking.

Add coriander leaves cook until just cooked switch off the stove and serve egg bhurji with rice or chapatis or bread.
