Ingredients

  • 3 lbribs
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/2 cupdark soy sauce
  • 1/4 cuppacked brown sugar
  • 2 tbspfinely chopped ginger
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1Bring all ingredients to a boil for one hour. Remove ribs
  • 2 tbsphoney
  • 1 tbspsesame oil
  • 1Boil and reduce to approximately one cup of stock left.

    BBQ ribs at low heat and baste often with reduced stock.
