Steps

Wash and clean the dal.

Soak it for one hour

Then boil it in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes by adding sufficient water,, approximately 3 cups

Heat A wok,, Add mustard seeds,, and hing,roast it till done..add zeera to it let it roast till aroma comes out

Add Curry leaves to it

Now Add chopped onion,,ginger..grated raw turmeric,,chopped green chillies,,saute them for a while

Then add sliced carrots and French beans to it

Saute them till soft the veggies

Add All the MASALA S,,saute them till aroma,,add salt,,and boiled dal to it.

Add imli pulp and some more water as the consistency needed.

Sambar is ready to serve.add chopped coriander

Serve hot with steamed rice,, DOSA,, IDLIS,,Vadas..as you Wish.
