Heat pan and roast the sooji.

Heat oil in a wok,add mustard seeds when crackle add chopped onion and green chilli and curry leaves saute it.

When change the colour add sooji,salt and water and cook till consistency of upma.

Add lemon juice and fried peanuts.

Serve hot.
