1small can Sweet Nibblet Yellow Corn
3Red Tomatoes
1/2Red Onion
1 bunchScallions
1Jalapeño Pepper
3 tbspVegetable Oil
3 tbspRed Wine Vinegar
1 dashCayenne Pepper
1 dashSalt and Pepper

Chop tomatoes and remove excess juice with paper towels or spinner.

Chop onion, scallions, jalapeño.

Drain and rinse corn.

Mix everything.

Add oil and vinegar.

Dash salt and peppers to taste.
