cook meat till brown --ANY SEASON YOU DESIRE-- add peppers

place pastry on a plate & add meat to the center

gently fold pastry in half & seal sides with a fork
4

add to oil & KEEP A CLOSE EYE **THEY COOK FAST** till both sides are nice & golden
