Ingredients

  • 1 pintsreserved juices spices of anchote hoisin chicken
  • 3chicken thighs
  • 1 1/2 quartwater
  • 1 tspgranulated garlic powder
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 1 tsponion powder
  • 1/4 cupShoaxing wine
  • 1/4 cupbalsamic vinegar
  • 1 tspcornstarch
  • 1/4 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    with the reserved juices add wine and vinegar to pan to de glaze pan boil thighs in water with spices cook till done mix quarter cup water with cornstarch

  2. 2

    de bone chicken add chicken to sauce simer for 7 minutes add cornstarch solution cook till thicken a little bit
