In a large bowl mix the whipped topping and the fudge until even. Add the Oreos and the jello pudding mix and stir well. Line up some of the ice cream sandwiches side by side on a tray and cover them with the Oreo topping. Stack more layers of ice cream sandwiches and topping as desired, spread the topping over the whole cake. Garnish with almonds. Freeze for 4 hours.
