Steps

crush the biscuit in food processor keep it abit rough and set aside

melt butter over medium heat

melt coco powder with the warm water and add it to the butter then add the milk and sugar, let it simmer

add the biscuit to the choco mixture and mix well if u find the choco dough soo loose add abit more biscuit cuz biscuits should be clear and dough should be moist not too loose and not dry

now place somw of the choco dough on blastic wrap and roll it, it will make almost 3 rolls then let it hit the freezer, once its frozen slice it and serve those heavenly frozen choco biscuits and enjoy!
