  • 1green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 mediumonion, chopped
  • 3stalks celery, chopped
  • 3 clovegarlic, chopped
  • 1/2lb. andouille sausage, sliced
  • 1 1/2 tbspcreole seasoning

Steps

    Place ingredients in a 4-quart slow cooker. Cook, covered on high for 7 hours or until beans are tender.

    Serve with hot cooked rice.
