  2. 7 cupwater
  3. 1green bell pepper, chopped
  4. 1 mediumonion, chopped
  5. 3stalks celery, chopped
  6. 3 clovegarlic, chopped
  7. 1/2lb. andouille sausage, sliced
  8. 1 1/2 tbspcreole seasoning

    Place ingredients in a 4-quart slow cooker. Cook, covered on high for 7 hours or until beans are tender.

    Serve with hot cooked rice.
