Steps

Wash and cut drumstick into 2-3 inches long and pressure cook till 3 whistles.

Grind onion tomato and garlic cloves into mixer grinder and make paste.

In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds.

When crackles add hing and add tomato-onion -garlic paste and saute till oil seperates.

Add chana flour and roast for 1-2 minutes or till nice aroma release.

Add approximate 1 glass water slowly and stir continuously with other hand. Take care of lumps should not be form.

Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala powder and mix well.

Stir occasionally and cook till gravy becomes thick or cook till get desired consistency.

Add boiled drumstick and enjoy with phulkari bhakhri or plain rice.
