Steps

Heat Kadhai. Add chopped onions. Saute on slow flame until translucent. Add chopped veggies and paneer. Saute all.

Add salt, red chilli flakes and mixed herbs. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Veggies should be crunchy. Don't over cook.

Pour tomato puree. Stir all for 1 minute.

Serve hot as a main meal or you can serve with chapati.
