2 tspbaking soda
1 tspsalt
2 tspcinnimon
1 1/2 cupoil
2 cupsugar
2 cupgrated carrots
1 cupwalnuts
1 cupcrushed pineapple
3/4 cupcoconut
2 tspvanilla
3eggs

Preheat oven 350

Mix oil sugar, n half of dry ingredients

Beat in carrots, coconut, pineapple n nuts

Add vanilla,and remaining dry ingredients, beat in eggs one at a time.

Pour into greased and floured pan 13x9, or 3 cake pans. Bake 35-40 min or until toothpic comes out clean.

Frost with cream cheese frosting
