Mushroom ko hot water mein clean kar le, andar se khali kar le.

Paneer mein salt + chilli+ thoda garam masala + kaju crush kar mix kar le.

Paneer ke mix ko mushroom mein stuff kar 5 min fridge mein rakh de.

Ab ek kadai mein ghee garam karein onion ko halka brown hone tak bhoon le.

Ginger- garlic paste add Karein 2 min pakaye.

Milk add karein haldi+ salt+ chilli powder+ tomato puree dale.

Lagatar mix karte rahe jab ghee kinaro par dikhe to sabhi ingredients mix kar de thodi si cream bacha kar rakhe.

Ab ese paneer & cream se saja de. Stuffed mushroom ready gai.

Mushroom ko fridge se nikal kar aap chahe to pahle kuch der fry karein ya kadai mein daal kar 2-3 min dakh kar bhi paka sakte hai.
