  1. 1 lbboneless chicken breast
  2. 1 lbsausage (andouille)
  3. 1 candiced tomatoes
  4. 1 largeonion
  5. 1 largegreen pepper
  6. 1 cupcelery
  7. 1 cupchicken broth
  8. 2 tspdried oregano
  9. 2 tspdried parsley
  10. 2 tspcajun seasoning
  11. 1 tspcayenne pepper
  12. 1/2 tspdried thyme
  13. 1 lbfrozen cooked shrimp

Steps

25 mins
  1. 1

    Cut chicken into 1" cubes

  2. 2

    Slice sausage into pieces

  3. 3

    Chop onion

  4. 4

    Chop green pepper

  5. 5

    Chop celery

  6. 6

    Mix all ingredients except shrimp into slow cooker

  7. 7

    Set to high for 4 hours

  8. 8

    Put shrimp in when 30 minutes from serving
