  • 1 lbboneless chicken breast
  • 1 lbsausage (andouille)
  • 1 candiced tomatoes
  • 1 largeonion
  • 1 largegreen pepper
  • 1 cupcelery
  • 1 cupchicken broth
  • 2 tspdried oregano
  • 2 tspdried parsley
  • 2 tspcajun seasoning
  • 1 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tspdried thyme
  • 1 lbfrozen cooked shrimp

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut chicken into 1" cubes

  2. 2

    Slice sausage into pieces

  3. 3

    Chop onion

  4. 4

    Chop green pepper

  5. 5

    Chop celery

  6. 6

    Mix all ingredients except shrimp into slow cooker

  7. 7

    Set to high for 4 hours

  8. 8

    Put shrimp in when 30 minutes from serving
