  1. 3 bunchbroccoli
  2. 3/4 cupshredded cheddar
  3. 1/2 cupmayo
  4. 1S & p, and garlic
  5. 1/4 cupapple cider vinegar

  1. 1

    blanch broc for 35 seconds, drain.

  2. 2

    season mayo with s & p and garlic

  3. 3

    then mix in cider vinegar, then and shredded cheese.

  4. 4

    toss hot broc into cheese mix and mix well. cool for 12 hours
