In a bowl add gram flour,curd salt,sugar and to need use water.

Mix very well....and make smooth batter.

Rest it 10-15 min.

Now add baking powder, Eno salt and fennel seeds.

Take a large kadhai or Bhagona put on flame with water.

Grease an other bowl with oil.

Poured batter gently in other Bowl.

Put a stand in bottam of kadhai and upon batter bowl.

Dhokla's baked 25-30 min in kadhai.

Now roast Mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Boiled it 5 min and off the gas.

Add chopped coriander and garnishing Dhokla.

Add water in a pan,some salt,sugar and lemon juice and chilli cubes.

Serve with dry crushed coconut...
