Ingredients

  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/2 cupoats
  • Tspcinnamon
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • tbsphoney you can use sugar if you want
  • seeds of your choice chia sesame flax
  • fruits of your choice berries mango banana

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan bring the water to boil

  2. 2

    Add the oats the cinnamon...cover and let it simmer for a few minutes

  3. 3

    Switch off the heat and cover for a few mins

  4. 4

    Add in the milk and let it simmer for a few mins..

  5. 5

    Serve hot..and add your favourite fruits..
