fresh vegetables
2avocados mashed
1tomatoe diced
2shallots minced
1 clovegarlic minced
2mini sweet peppers diced
1/2 cupfresh peas
1 tspcracked pepper
1/2 tspsalt
fresh cilantro
1 tspred pepper flakes
Lime juice

Stir all ingredients together and mash with a fork until well mixed.
