Gluten Free Chocolate Banana Loaf Cake

Ingredients

  1. 3 eachbananas
  2. 185 gramsbrown sugar
  3. 185 gramsself raising flour (gluten free)
  4. 2eggs
  5. 3 tbspvegetable oil
  6. 1/2 tspbicarbonate of soda
  7. 60 gramsyoghurt
  8. 100 gramschocolate (milk or dark)

    Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius. Line a 20 X 10 cm loaf tin

    Mash the banana and mix together with the brown sugar in a large bowl

  3. 3

    Add in the flour, eggs, oil and yoghurt, and bicarbonate of soda. Stir gently to combine

  4. 4

    Grate or chop the chocolate and fold into the mixture

  5. 5

    Pour into the tin and bake for 50 minutes until golden and a springy.

Your recipe is great! I used dark chocolate tho. I didn't like the bitter taste with the banana cake. Maybe I'll try milk chocolate nextime. Thank you again!
