Ingredients

  1. 2 envelopeGood season Italian dressing mix
  2. 2 gramsBottles of clam juice
  3. 1/2 cupOlive oil
  4. 2 cloveGarlic - minced

Cooking Instructions

    Boil 50 clams in enough water to cover the clams by 2 inches

  2. 2

    Boil long enough for the clam shells to open

  3. 3

    Discard any unopened shells

  4. 4

    Put the clams on simmer and stir in the ingredients.

  5. 5

    Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes stirring the clams and mixture every 2 minutes or as needed.

  6. 6

    Serve in a bowl with French or Italian bread
