  1. 1 lbGound beef
  2. 1medium onion chopped
  3. 1chopped green pepper
  4. 1 candiced tomatoes drained
  5. 1 cankidney beans drained and rinsed
  6. 8 ozcheese whiz
  7. 2 tbspchilli powder
  8. 1serve with Fritos, sour cream and black olives

  1. 1

    In a large skillet brown beef and onions then drain fat

  2. 2

    Add green pepper and cook till soft and tender

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes beans cheese whiz and chili powder and simmer 15 minutes. Thrn serve with Fritos sour cream and black olives on the side
