1 cupvegan mayonnaise
1/4 cupsoy milk
1 tspgarlic powder
1/4 tspsalt
1 tsponion powder
1/4 tspblack pepper
2 tspfresh chopped parsley
1 tbspcider vinegar
1/2 tspchopped dill or
1/4 tspdried dill

Steps

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy
2

To use as a dip, add extra mayo and a bit less soy milk to make it thicker. Will thicken and set as it cools in fridge.
