Steps

Wash and cut baingan,aloo in a small pieces.

Heat oil in a kadahi.add oil.put jeera,hing and onion saute for 2 minutes.

Add tomatoes mix well.add salt and spices.saute when oil the seprate.

Add baingan and aloo mix well and cover the lid atleast 5_6minutes.

Take a serving plate.serve with roti,parantha or nan.thank you
