Ingredients

  • 3 largecarrots (try to get fattest ones) peeled
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspgranulated garlic powder

    slice the carrots into medallions

    deep fry when done place on paper towels to drain oil takes about 5-7 minutes
