Cheese quesadillas
I make these as my daughter loves quesadillas. They are very simple for kids to make. She loves tube Taco Bell ones so I started making them for her at home. She eats them plain, but you can mess around with it and use salsa or sour cream with yours. I prefer salsa with mine.

In a skillet, heat tortillas. Turn them over until both sides are a light brown color.

Add 2 slices of cheese on each one.

Fold the tortilla in half and press down with a spatula

Keep turning tortilla with burner on low to medium heat until you get the desired consistency you want.

Serve plain or you may use your favorite salsa or sour cream, whatever you like.
