Wash the baigan and apply some oil over it and then roast on medium gas properly from all sides

Finely chopped all the above ingredients

Now remove the skin of eggplant gently.

Mash it with a help of a spoon and add all the above chopped ingredients

Now add salt,chilli powder and lime and mix it well.your oil free yummy chokha is ready enjoy with garma garam rotis
