Ingredients

  • 150 gwhite flour
  • 100 gbrown flour
  • 2 tbspnmagarine
  • 1egg
  • 1 tbspnsugar
  • 1top vanilla
  • Milk
  • 1/2tspn baking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl

  2. 2

    Rub in magarine till well mixed

  3. 3

    Add sugar and mix well

  4. 4

    Whisk egg, milk and vanilla separately

  5. 5

    Add into the flour and prepare a soft dough. Leave for about 20 mins

  6. 6

    Roll the dough and cut into desired shape.

  7. 7

    Deep fry

  8. 8

    Serve with hot tea or as desired
