SaibhajiPANEER is the.most popular dish of Sindhis, very healthy and tasty. Therefore it contains 3 other leaves apart from spinach and green daal.
Steps

Wash and soak green daal. Wash and chop all the green leaves.

Heat a cooker. Add chopped garlic. Roast For a few seconds. Add all the green leaves, daal, chopped tomatoes, ginger chilli and dry spices.

Roast for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup water.

Cover and cook till 4 whistles.

Cool it and grind it to a fine paste.

Serve sai bhaji in a serving dish. Place paneer chopped in star shapes.Sprinkle jeera powder and pepper on top.
