Ingredients

30 minutes
4to 6 people
  1. 1 bowlcurd
  2. 1 kgbuttermilk
  3. 6-7boiled potatoes
  4. 2 tablespoonsoil
  5. 1finely chopped onion
  6. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  7. 1 teaspooncoriander
  8. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  9. to tastesalt
  10. 2green chilli finely chopped
  11. 1-2 teaspoonchopped green coriander

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Add curd and buttermilk in a mixing bowl and mix well.peel and mashed the boiled potatoes.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok,now add chopped onion and saute it.

  3. 3

    Add all spices and roaste for 2 minutes and add mashed potatoes,mix well.

  4. 4

    Now add buttermilk and curd mixture and boiled it.

  5. 5

    Cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

  6. 6

    Now switch off the flame and add chopped green coriander,green chillies.

  7. 7

    Ready to eat yummy dahi aloo.serve with roti.
