Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 2 cupsBeans
  2. 140 gcow liver
  3. 50 mlpalmoil
  4. 1bulb red onion
  5. 2 teaspoonsblended crayfish
  6. 5-6scotch bonnet pepper
  7. 1leveled teaspoon curry powder
  8. Salt (to taste)
  9. Seasoning (to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Pick off dirty from beans wash and add into a pot then start cooking till soft

  2. 2

    Wash the liver, spice up with some onion, ginger/garlic, then salt and steam

    When the beans is soft enough & the water level almost dried up, chop up the steamed liver and add into it, add the pepper, onion, crayfish, curry powder and palmoil

    Allow simmer for about 1 minute before stirring to thoroughly mix all ingredients

  5. 5

    Taste for salt, then add salt and seasoning and simmer for another 1 minute

  6. 6

    Serve warm
