Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgGoat meat
  2. 6-8scotch bonnet pepper
  3. 9-12scent leaves (nchuanwu in Igbo)
  4. 1 teaspoonblended Ehuru seeds(African nutmeg)
  5. 1bulb red onion
  6. 1ginger root
  7. 3 clovesgarlic
  8. Salt (to taste)
  9. Seasoning (to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the meat and add into a cooking pot.

  2. 2

    Season with chopped onion, garlic and ginger. start cooking till soft

  3. 3

    Add in the blended Ehuru seeds, and blended pepper then allow simmer for another 2minutes

  4. 4

    Taste for salt before adding more salt and seasoning

  5. 5

    Add the chopped nchuanwu leaves and let simmer for 1 minute and it's ready to eat

  6. 6

    Serve hot with either boiled rice, Yam or white Agidi(eko)
