Steps

Wash the meat and add into a cooking pot.

Season with chopped onion, garlic and ginger. start cooking till soft

Add in the blended Ehuru seeds, and blended pepper then allow simmer for another 2minutes
- 4
Taste for salt before adding more salt and seasoning
- 5
Add the chopped nchuanwu leaves and let simmer for 1 minute and it's ready to eat
- 6
Serve hot with either boiled rice, Yam or white Agidi(eko)
