Slice potato and Baingun.

Mix all the ingredients into a slightly thick batter.

Take oil in a kadai.

Heat it on medium flame.

Than dip the potatoes and Baingun into the batter wrap it properly and slide it into the kadai.

Fry till golden brown on both sides.

Serve with mint chutney or tomato sauce as per your choice.
