Firstly, heat oil in a wok or a pan. add 3-4 tsp of oil.

Add chopped ginger and garlic. saute for few seconds.

Now add spring onions and saute for about 2 minutes.

Add capsicum and fry for a minute.
then add all the finely chopped veggies. - 5
Stir and toss the vegetables so that they are cooked well.

Tip-add some salt while cooking vegetables. (To fasten the cooking process)

The vegetables should be almost cooked. then add soy sauce.

Add vinegar.

And add aromat powder in it and mix it well.

Now add cooked rice and all salt and black pepper in it.

Fry it for a few minutes till the rice and vegetables mix well.

Garnish with spring onions and serve the hot veg fried rice with veg manchurian(gravy).
