Ingredients

  • 1 bowl80% cooked rice
  • 3-4 tablespoonoil
  • 2spring onion finely chopped
  • 1/2carrot finely chopped
  • 1/4red bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1/4yellow bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1/4green capsicum finely chopped
  • 3-4garlic clove finely chopped
  • 1 inchginger finely chopped
  • 3-4 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 2 tablespoonvinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoonaromat powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tablespoonblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly, heat oil in a wok or a pan. add 3-4 tsp of oil.

  2. 2

    Add chopped ginger and garlic. saute for few seconds.

  3. 3

    Now add spring onions and saute for about 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add capsicum and fry for a minute.
    then add all the finely chopped veggies.

  5. 5

    Stir and toss the vegetables so that they are cooked well.

  6. 6

    Tip-add some salt while cooking vegetables. (To fasten the cooking process)

  7. 7

    The vegetables should be almost cooked. then add soy sauce.

  8. 8

    Add vinegar.

  9. 9

    And add aromat powder in it and mix it well.

  10. 10

    Now add cooked rice and all salt and black pepper in it.

  11. 11

    Fry it for a few minutes till the rice and vegetables mix well.

  12. 12

    Garnish with spring onions and serve the hot veg fried rice with veg manchurian(gravy).
