In sooji add curd, baking soda and some water

Make a soft dough and cover with lid and rest it for 30m

After 30m your dough will tighten (Because sooji soaks water)then knead the dough with hands. Make small, small balls and make rings.

Cook the rings in steam for 15-20m

In a pan, saute cumin seeds then add onion, saute it,

Add carrot, capsicum saute, add tomatos paste saute well
- 7
Add all spices and salt, tomato sauce. Add some water cook for 2-3m.

Add Sooji Rings, mix well. Cover with lid on slow flame about 4-5m

Off the gas, garnish with fresh coriander leaves serve with Butter Naan or Roti
