Ingredients

  • 1 gallonwater
  • 1/2 cupkosher salt
  • 1sliced lemon, orange, & lime, thyme, rosemary, cloves & allspice
  • 1/2 cupsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate overnight with all above. rinse before baking

  2. 2

    Bake at 325 and baste with olive oil and white wine every 30 minutes.
